All of my cargoship wu\'s have failed to download. I have reset project and detatched project but it is still the same.

I just joined the project and received more than 200 tasks. They all started to download but everyone failed in download after about 40 of them had failed I aborted the rest because I am on limited bandwidth and they were eating up what I have left. I can not see wasting over 5 GB of bandwidth for failed downloads.
When you get this problem fixed please let me know and I will try again meanwhile I have set projects to NNT.
